Before Cappers Applications, I ran a FinTech company and developed a disruptive on-line platform for small business and start-up p2p loans. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how to develop successful financial businesses online.Moreover, my greater than 15 years of experience developing financial solutions for and working with small businesses and start-ups, gives me a keen insight into the constraints and challenges these companies face in developing processes and implementing new IT solutions.In addition, an executive MBA education has given me the tools to quickly identify a company’s strategic needs. I work closely with our development team to ensure that we provide our partners and clients with the best business solution, not just the best IT solution.
WESLEY PEREVALOV
Partner, CTO
I have more than 16 years of experience in IT management and consulting and worked for two Fortune 500 companies. I started off as part of the BP (British Petroleum) and SAP development team and focused on ERP systems development and support. In addition to my “geek” IT background, my MBA program gave me the understanding of strategy and business development. I can accurately analyze the entire business process and help to formulate the final goal, before starting to develop a software solution. Sometimes, all a business needs is an excel table, so I will advise and will help to develop one. But, if you decide that web, mobile app or custom software will boost your business, then I will bring ALL of your business objectives into focus, and we will build what you need!

Prior to joining Cappers Applications in an advisory role in 2019, I started a number of financial services companies, most notably acting as CEO for a tech-heavy start-up, small business focused leasing company in Eastern Europe.Recently, I have been consulting banks and leasing companies on how to ramp up leasing businesses and implement new procedures targeted at small businesses.Bringing Cappers Applications to Belgium to help serve clients and partners throughout western Europe, my goal is to provide the strategic consulting and IT solutions necessary to help small businesses improve their digital footprints, optimize their operations and grow their businesses.
